Shipping & Return Policy
Purchases made through VivoPrint are automatically sent to the production facility where they are manufactured and packaged with valued care. Orders normally arrive within 5 - 7 business days from the day you placed the order, but may take longer depending on the number of items and types of products ordered.
The production turnaround time for custom-imprinted products (not including shipping time) is as follows:
  • Orders of 24 items or less: 1 - 3 business days
  • Orders of 24 - 144 items: 3 - 5 business days
  • Bulk orders of 144 items or more: 5 - 10 business days
  • Once your order has been produced it will be shipped and an electronic notification will be sent via email. The time it takes for your order to arrive after it has been produced depends on which shipping methods you select.
    Shipping times and rates vary based on product, weight, and final destination. For any shipment which is undeliverable due to any of the following reasons: invalid, inaccurate, or otherwise erroneous address information provided by the customer, failure to have a recipient available to receive the package or retrieve it from the carrier after a delivery attempt, refusal by the recipient, or any other delivery failure caused by the action or inaction of the customer or his/her agent(s), in all such cases the buyer agrees to be liable for the initial shipping and handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
    Returns
    VivoPrint values its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of purchase. Please specify whether you prefer a replacement or refund and we will work with you to find the best resolution. For refund orders, we will credit your card for the cost of goods, but cannot refund the cost of shipping services provided.
    If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or does not reflect the high-quality print standards VivoPrint guarantees, we will send you a prepaid return shipping voucher. If the product is in good condition, and you would still like to return it, than you will need to pay for the cost of shipping.
