Contest Instructions
Enter the design contest by registering at VivoPrint.com. All “Content” including, but not limited to, designs, artwork, images, or photography must be an original creation. There is no limit to the number of submissions you can make. Each product you upload is automatically entered into the contest.
To submit your design:

Sign in to your VivoPrint account. |

Choose a product in the Design Your Own tab by clicking the thumbnail. |
| 3. |
Upload your design by clicking the ‘Add Image’ button in the toolbar menu. |
| 4. |
Resize and position your artwork in the design lab window. View the instant preview before submitting the final product. |

Click on ‘Sell This’ to post the product to the contest through the VivoNetwork. Here you will: |

Price your product by imputing your price and clicking ‘Calculate’. |
| b) |
Choose a category that best represents your design (up to 3). |
| c) |
Choose whether or not to sell your design on the VivoNetwork. |
| d) |
Choose a customizable option. |
| e) |
Enter the product description. |
| f) |
Submit your product by clicking the ‘Submit’ button. |

You will receive a confirmation notification to your email. |
All products you enter into the contest will also be sold on the VivoPrint website. If a customer purchases your design, you will receive a portion of the markup revenue. You will receive 100% of the markup value on products sold on VivoPrint, and 80% of the markup revenue on products sold on the VivoNetwork.
The VivoPrint judges will score and comment on your design. Send your friends your design to “Like” your product on Facebook. These scores and comments will help us decide which design should become the next VivoPrint Showcase Product. The winning design will receive $200!

Terms & Conditions
The following is a legal agreement between you and the owners and operators of VivoPrint.com (“Website”). By entering this contest, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement (“agreement”). If you do not agree with any of the terms in this agreement, do not access or otherwise use the site or any information contained on this site.
VivoPrint can revise or update this agreement at any time by posting an updated version of the agreement on this site or by sending a notice of changes through email. You are advised to review this document regularly. If any modifications made are unacceptable to you, you can stop using the site. If you continue using the site, you are conclusively deemed to have accepted the change.
For content uploaded as a design for products available to other users of the site, you grant the rights set forth in the Non-Exclusive License Agreement that is incorporated herein by this reference.
Uploading Images
By entering this contest, you agree not to upload images, text, data, photos, or graphics that are unlawful, harmful, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of another’s rights including the rights of celebrity, privacy and intellectual property.
VivoPrint will not print copyrighted images without written permission from the copyright owner. VivoPrint reserves the right to reject any image at its sole discretion. If your image is found to be unsuitable in any way, VivoPrint shall have the right to reject or remove any content that is available on the site.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to VivoPrint. Contest applicants should refer to the privacy policy for information on how VivoPrint collects and uses personal information. By accepting this agreement you consent to VivoPrint’s disclosure and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
