Buyer Questions
What types of payment do you accept?
VivoPrint accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
How do I customize my product?
Click the ‘Customize’ button and use VivoPrint’s design lab to upload images and add text to the product.
How long does it take to process and ship my item?
Products are generally produced and shipped within 24 hours, but can take up to three days depending on the order. Standard shipped items should arrive within 5-7 business days.
How do I contact Customer Service?
To contact customer service, click the ‘Support’ link located in the website footer and submit your question. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
Sellers & Artists Questions
How do I receive my payment?
VivoPrint will directly deposition payment into your account each month. You can view transactions and income status under the ‘Income’ tab.
How much money will I receive for any product I sell in my widget and other people’s widgets?
VivoPrint will calculate the seller price for you. You will receive a portion of the difference between VivoPrint’s price and the markup price. You will receive 100% of the markup price on all products you design and sell on your VivoWidget or VivoPrint’s Widget. You will receive 80% of the markup value on all product you design sold on the VivoNetwork and 20% of the markup value on all product sold on your widget created by other users.
Where can I view my orders?
To view your orders, login and click the “Order” tab. A list of items and orders will appear.
Can I link my product pictures or a text link to my products?
Yes. To embed product images or text links on your personal site, click ‘Account’ > ‘Items on Sale’, select the product, and then click ‘Get Image’ or ‘Text Link’ to receive the code.
Can I save and re-load my design?
Yes. Click the ‘Save’ button below the design tool. You can then browse and select other products to load your design onto. Click the ‘Reload’ button to upload your design to the new product.
Bloggers & Website Owners
Is there a service charge to buy or sell product?
No. Signup and installation are completely free.
Where can I find the widget code?
Sign up at VivoPrint.com and click ‘Account’ > ‘Settings’ to receive your Widget API code. Copy and paste the HTML code onto your website to embed the widget.
Can I customize different color schemes for the widget?
Yes. You can change the color schemes through the widget code under the ‘Admin’ tab.
