The ornament was pixelated and the phone case fits tightly.

The ties for the ornaments were rather short. It made it difficult to get on and make the loop long enough to fit on a branch of the Christmas tree.

I found some sort of bug in the design tool. If I recall correctly, I was able to set it up the way I like it, but I was not able to add it to the cart. This was very frustrating. I was able to add a blank ornament to the cart but not the one that I altered using the design tool. However, customer service was awesome. I sent the image that I tried to add and a screenshot of what I had created using the design tool, and customer service recreated it and took care of everything. Also, the design tool was slow and cumbersome. Shutterfly has a similar tool that was easier to use, but I liked that VivoPrint's tool allowed more customization. I was overall pleased with the end product. However, the design tool was infruriating. Customer Service at customer service was amazing and was the only reason I ended up making the purchase. I also felt that some of the options for types of products was limiting, like why couldn't I print to a magnet?
